Era Vintage Print Ops ("the application", "we", "us") is a private automation tool used solely by the owner of Era Vintage Prints to manage their own digital wall art shop. This page describes the data the application collects, how it is used, and how it is protected.
Who this policy applies to
The application is operated by, and used solely by, the owner of the Era Vintage Prints shop. It is not distributed to third parties, has no end users other than the shop owner, and does not interact with the personal data of Pinterest, Etsy, or other platform users beyond what is strictly necessary to operate the shop owner's own accounts.
What data the application collects
The application accesses the following data through OAuth-authorised API connections to the shop owner's own accounts:
- Pinterest — account profile, boards owned by the shop owner, pins created by the application, and aggregate analytics about those pins (impressions, clicks, saves).
- Etsy (when authorised) — listing data, shop statistics, and sales receipts belonging to the shop owner. Buyer personal data is not collected or stored.
- Cloudflare R2 / Vela — image and listing assets created by the application on infrastructure controlled by the shop owner.
The application does not collect, store, or process data belonging to any other Pinterest user, Etsy buyer, or unrelated third party.
How the application uses data
Data accessed through these APIs is used exclusively to:
- Create, edit, schedule, and analyse the shop owner's own pins.
- Create and update the shop owner's own Etsy listings.
- Generate analytics about the shop owner's own marketing performance.
The application does not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose any data to any third party.
How data is stored and protected
OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted at rest on the application's managed agent runtime and used only at the moment of an API call. Tokens are never logged in plain text and never appear in conversation transcripts. Generated content (pin images, listing photos, draft text) is stored privately on the shop owner's own Cloudflare R2 bucket and is accessible only via per-object URLs.
Cookies and tracking
The application does not run a public-facing website and does not use cookies. The page hosting this privacy policy serves only the privacy policy itself.
Data retention and deletion
The shop owner may revoke the application's Pinterest, Etsy, or other API access at any time via their account settings on those platforms. Once revoked, the application loses the ability to read or write data through those connections, and any cached tokens are deleted on next sync. Generated content stored on Cloudflare R2 can be deleted at any time directly by the shop owner.
Children's privacy
The application is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
This privacy policy may be updated as the application evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the application after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
